At ÁHZAIN, we take pride in the quality of our embroidered lawn collections. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchanges are accepted for size or colour issues only.
- We do not offer cash refunds — store credit or exchange only.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Items damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost.
COD Orders
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please inspect the parcel before accepting delivery.
- Once accepted, the order is considered complete.
